We only collect what information is required. This goes without saying, but we will never sell your information to anyone!
1. What information will be collected?
As required by the MMPR, we are required to collect the applicant’s given name, surname, date of birth, gender, address, and if applicable, the applicant’s telephone number, fax number and email address.
2. How will your information be used?
We will use the information you provide us only to provide you with our services, such as order verification, fulfilment and customer support.
3. What security measures will protect your information?
Each time you visit agrimabotanicals.com, your session is secured by an HTTPS (SSL) certificate. This ensures that all data passed between our web server and your web browser remain private and integral.

Your data is stored on a secure, security hardned dedicated webserver.
Your offline data, such as your applicaton and medical document are stored locally in an encrypted file container or in a high security storage cabinet.
4. How long will your information be kept?
As required by the MMPR, records such as order history and client data (referred to in section 1) shall be kept for a period of two years. After which time, upon request, we will digitally or physically shred your data (unless the requested data is required under the MMPR to continue serving you).
5. Will your information be shared with others?
Agrima Botanicals will not share your information with anyone unless we are required to do so by law.
As required by the MMPR, all records must be made available to Health Canada upon request.
As required by the MMPR (Sec.101), licenced producers will be required to confirm to a verified member of a Canadian police force, in the context of a legitimate and verifiable investigation, whether a named individual is a registered client (or an individual responsible for a registered client) and the daily quantity of dried marihuana that is specified in the medical document supporting the client's registration.
